What I've Been Doing

HI!!!  I went to New York and I saw the Statue of Liberty. It looks so small because we were on the ferry.

And when we got there, we saw my baby cousin and my aunt and uncle. My baby cousin is so cute because he grabs my finger and takes me places. And while we were there, we got to have the best pizza in the whole entire world. Not literally. But, it's not really a fact. It's my opinion.

We also went to Hershey, PA. We made our own chocolate Hershey bars. They were so good. And that was when I was in New York.

But now, since I am home, I have started to really like to play school with my sister. So, earlier today my Mommy and me cleaned up the basement. And we made me my own bin of school supplies for when I play school. How I did that, was I was at school and they had a book fair, so I took a whole bunch of the teaching books (now I have like 15 or so). And I have my own bin of school supplies for playing school.

Sometimes, when my sister doesn't want to play school with me, then I will usually have imaginary people. But it is fun. It's ok if my sister doesn't want to play, because I have three names of students. One is Kaitlyn, Tom, and Emma. And that is what I like to do from now on.

But what my sister does, when she is not playing school with me, she is upstairs and she is playing our Wii. Oh, and just if you are wondering what a Wii is . . . it is something that is kind of like a video game, except they make these Wii remotes and they are very cool.



Home from Disney!

Hi Everyone!

I haven't been posting a lot of posts. So now, I have a lot that I want to tell you about.

I was just in Disney!!! We went to Epcot, Magic Kingdom, Hollywood Studios and we swam a lot during our trip. I liked our hotel room because the faucet for the bathtub was in the ceiling!!! It was SO COOL!

Today, June 7th, I just finished school! I am now officially a 3rd Grader! And guess how long we get off for the summer? Two and a half months!

I plan on doing a whole bunch of fun things this summer. I am going to sign up for FOUR activities this summer. My activities are:

1. Gymnastics
2. Ballet
3. Soccer
4. Sculpture

My Rockstar Room!

Hi! I am finally doing a new post!

And I have a lot to talk about!

I just got a new room last week. We painted it light blue, and it was SO FUN! It took us the whole entire weekend to paint my room. I thought that it would take longer. But since I haven't painted my room in a long time, I didn't know that it would take that short. The wall paper was a pain in the bottom to take off. And the night that we took the wall paper off, I was really really tired. And my whole entire family was gloomy. And the thing that I had most fun with was sleeping in it for the first time. I went to my friends birthday party and I had a sleep over there and while I was gone, my mom and dad finished my room. When I got back, I had a smile on my face!

The day that I came home from my friends house, it was 83 degrees out. So my dad put out the sprinkler, but the water was very cold. So I came in after 5 or 10 minutes. But after that, I sat down and we watched the movie Tangled.

I'll be back soon, but I'll make sure it will not be longer than a month!!!

Santa's Coming to Town!!!

Sorry I haven't been doing a lot of posts. Tonight is Christmas Eve and my family was over. We had a great time. Mom and I just found Santa on the computer and he is in Santiago, Chile. He will be here soon . . . so I have to get to bed. I am very excited . . . I am shaking.

I've been asking for a lot of Christmas gifts this year, so we left him four cookies! So, we will be giving him a TALL glass of milk, and we gave him a note that I wrote. We are going to have a good Christmas, I hope. I hope that all of YOU have a good Christmas, too. I hope all of you gets lots and lots of presents. And I want to tell you some of the things that I asked for.

I asked for an iPod, Elf PJ's, a super mario ornament, puzzles and notebooks, and coloring supplies.

katie's new post

Hello! I only got one comment on my new post. Well, tomorrow I will be going to school - my second day since I have gotten home from Disney World. And today I got 29 pages (I think) of homework. :(

Well, now I'm just like, "NO! I have TOO MANY PAGES of HOMEWORK!!!"

Can I tell you why I said that? Because here's a little secret . . . (whisper)
I DON'T LIKE HOMEWORK!!!

Anyway, right now I will change the top of my blog. Oh my gosh! It's 7:46. I have got to change the top of my blog! Well, that's the end of my post today! Good bye!

The New Post that I haven't done in a Month

Hello Everybody!

I feel bad because we went to Disney World on Megan Rose's birthday and she is my friend. Not just any kind of friend . . .  a best best friend.

So, if you're wondering about the Disney world part, here is a long story:

Day One:
First we got in an airplane and we flew to Florida. Then we took a big bus and we drove to Disney World. And then I found out that there was a pool by our hotel. And then, right when we got into our hotel, I asked, "Can we go into the pool?" But my Mom and Dad said we didn't have the bags yet, because we were lucky because people deliver bags to our hotel and then we heard a little knock on the door and it was the bags! So, can I tell you what I did? I put my swim suit on, and then I begged and I begged and I begged for my Dad to take me to the pool. My Dad was still unpacking, but he said, "Sure!" And then we had a nice day in the pool.

Day Two:
We went to Magic Kingdom and we had breakfast with the princesses.

Then we went on a water ride and a very fast ride. My Uncle tricked my Grandma and said that this is a little roller coaster, but to my Grandma it wasn't. To me, it pretty much was. And then . . .

Day Three:
We went to Animal Kingdom and we went on this really fun tour and the tour was awesome.

And one more thing . . .

Day Four:
We went to Disney Hollywood Studios.

That's the end of my post today. Can I tell you why? Because it is 9:43 in the middle of the night and I'm tired. Ok, that's all.

Shopping Day and Tomorrow

Hi everybody! I haven't done a post in a while because I sort of forgot about my blog. But I remember today - so now I'm doing a post!

Tuesday Night - 2010

Everybody - I start school next week. Today we went to Kohl's and we bought me some brand new shoes. We bought these  for me and these for Ellie. I also got these.

Mom and Dad bought me some new clothes for school, too.

Tomorrow, the most exciting thing will be happening. My cousin/friend Maggie will be coming over. We might be doing some secret stuff (shhhhhhhhhh!)

By the way, I am 7!!! (My mom is the best.) When I'm 7 years old - she gives me my own blog!! Whew! I feel good. I just got that all out!

Plans for this week

Today we will be going to see a movie with our next door neighbor, Megan. The movie is called Ramona and Beezus. After we go to see the movie, we might go swimming at my cousins house. They are my best cousins. I have a whole bunch of other cousins, but they live in New York.

And tomorrow I think we are just, like, sort of, tomorrow we are going to my Aunties house. I don't know what we are going to do there, because every single day we have to talk out what we are going to do.  And if we want to go to the park, we just have to talk it out. Usually my Mom gets home at 3, or 4, or 5, and she comes over to Aunties house and picks us up. Tomorrow we will be going to dinner and we hope we have  good time.

Another Day!

Hi everybody! Welcome to my blog again! Yesterday my Mom put our first picture on my blog - and I'm very excited about that, and I hope you enjoy my post. A few minutes ago we were just watching Disney Channel on the TV and we just finished watching Hannah Montana.

Oh! I forgot to tell you that my Dad went to work at some very cool places around the country and I got sick, so we were about to go to Wisconsin but we didn't get to because I got sick. I feel very upset about that. But when my Dad gets home, we might get a hamster.

A few weeks ago we went to the beach with a few friends of ours. We had a whole bunch of fun. The best part of it was if you want to go on the other side of the rope in the water, you had to pass a test. And I passed the test. Wow! I feel very proud of that.

About Katie's Weekend

This morning I woke up and I felt very TALL for some reason. Before I went to sleep last night, me and my mom read a story. When I went to bed, I got the hiccups last night. And if you get the hiccups, you get taller, ok?

Yesterday I had my friend Megan over all day from 10 in the morning, to 7:30 at night. We made pretty art papers and we traded rubberbands. Oh!! Speaking of rubberbands - there is something new! My Mom found out on a blog an idea that is GREAT! Because what you do is you go to Walmart or Target and buy some big pretty containers, and then cut a hole in the top, and buy tickets. If you do chores around the house, you will earn tickets! After you earn tickets, once you have enough, you trade your tickets in for some prizes, like a new DS game for 100 tickets, a pack of rubberbands for 10 tickets.

 Speaking of tickets - I had 35 tickets, but I traded in 20 so that leaves me with 15 tickets. Do you know why I traded in the tickets? For 2 new packs of RUBBER BANDS!!!! Now all total amount of rubberbands I have = 60 something.

Hi! I turned 7 since my last post. Because my birthday was June 29th!

I have been playing outside, going in the pool, playing with friends, and I hope you like my blog.

We were supposed to go to Wisconsin this weekend, but I got a bad cold. So we are staying home and I am making up stories all day long. I wrote a book about my life. Mom said it is good.

My mom helped me with helped me with this blog. It is magical. I like it.
